Terms & Conditions

In order to secure a place for our camps, payment in full has to be made online. The reservation is only confirmed once payment in full has been received. You will get an e-mail reply confirming your registration. Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 15 days or more before the camp start date are eligible for a refund of the registration fee, minus a 30€ administration fee and any applicable bank charges. Alternatively, a voucher for another camp week (subject to availability) may be issued, valid for up to one year, with a 30€ administration fee deducted. Please note: if the camp is rescheduled outside the same calendar year, a supplemental fee may apply due to changes in camp pricing. Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the camp start date are not eligible for a refund or a voucher. All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing via email to: info@tennisacademymallorca.com. Rules and regulations: Should there not be a total of 3 participants the total number of coaching hours will be reduced accordingly. In case the courts are not playable due to rain, we will do our best to reschedule training times according to availability. Please note that no cash refund will be made. The usage of the gym and pool is included. In addition courts for match play can be booked on an hourly basis should you wish to play in the afternoon or on the weekend. The hourly fee is 20€. Rackets can be hired for the week for a fee of 40€. Payment to be made on site at the tennis reception. All participants must have own medical insurance. Accommodation must be booked separately by each participant. The registration is only valid once the inscription form has been completed, the camp fees have been paid and the rules and terms have been agreed to.
